Secure Banking From A Terminal?

Coltrey Mather asks: "In a previous Ask Slashdot article about online banking, one of the comments mentioned that some Scandinavian banks use Telnet/SSH for online banking. Are there any banks in the rest of the world that do this? (particularly the US)"

    Many Scandinavian banks have, in fact, web based (SSL protected) services.

    This particular bank seems to have almost any service you'd want from a bank on line.
