Secure Banking From A Terminal?

Coltrey Mather asks: "In a previous Ask Slashdot article about online banking, one of the comments mentioned that some Scandinavian banks use Telnet/SSH for online banking. Are there any banks in the rest of the world that do this? (particularly the US)"
