Scientists Name Dinosaur After Dire Straits Rocker

gmr2048 writes "CNN is reporting that scientists have named a dinosaur species the "Masiakasaurus knopfleri". I dont know about you, but I'd have voted for a "KeithRichards-o-saurus" before a knopfleri."

    Wouldn't that be like naming it after Brontosaurus or one of its contemporaries?

    I was going to say "...after T-Rex...", but that just gets entirely too recursive.
