    I bookmark this and use it as my start page in order to see all of the slasdot stories:

    I'll wager that even half of the Slash editors never see the pages not appearing on the front page. Hence this very recent duplicate.

    I sure hope they improve the speed. On my computer (PII 400) it takes the DAMN CALCULATOR 5 seconds to start-up. There's not really any excuse for that.

    However, I would like to thank the KDE Team for an otherwise wonderful desktop environment. If they can fix the speed problems, KDE will be one step closer to perfection.
