    Another false alarm from our 'friends' at Redhat. Tired of these... then switch to Mandrake .

    I think Slashdot belongs to VA-Linux which in turn is owned by stockholders (read: public company).

    While Taco may indeed have founded Slashdot, he sold it to Andover which was bought out by VA-Linux.
