Heh, this is great. I just got my system actually finally working correctly, and then 2.4.8 comes out... oh well, I'll just copy over the config file from 2.4.7, and hope it works... I just downloaded, so I'll let you know how it goes... for some reason, I tried apt-cache search kernel-source-2.4.8 first, then realized that that wouldn't be out yet, so I'll just use the standard source I guess.. I'll let ya'al know how it goes =)

It's probably better to stick with your current kernel if there isn't anything in the changelog that affects you.
