Microsoft Loses Delay Appeal
cheesethegreat was the first to submit that Microsoft has lost their appeal to delay their case by requesting a review with the Supreme Court. We mentioned the appeal a few weeks ago. The link doesn't say much more than that the appeals court denied the delay.

Greatness needs no support. Windows is clearly the most superior OS unlike Linux which needs propped up by zealots. Linux is pure communism and communism never works and never will.

That post doesn't deserve a (-1, Troll)! That is utter BULLSHIT. In fact I believe all Linux/Opensource people should be imprisoned and/or killed. Open source is pure COMMUNISM and needs eradicated at once. Linux needs banned and it's supporters destroyed.
Become enlightended and learn to love Microsoft, large corporations, the MPAA, the DMCA, and the curtailment of unprofitable freedoms.
PS-- I fully support the imprisonment of Dmitry Sklyarov.

Well, let's face it, they deserve it. We're talking about a company that writes an OS that's full of holes and lazy code. They also write loads of applications that are full of holes and lazy code, and they charge us for the pleasure of all our wasted hours with BSOD's.
Microsoft's applications actually work much better on other platforms. For example, IE5 is by far the most stable browser on MacOS. You'd think they'd sort it out on their own OS wouldn't you?
