Microsoft Loses Delay Appeal
cheesethegreat was the first to submit that Microsoft has lost their appeal to delay their case by requesting a review with the Supreme Court. We mentioned the appeal a few weeks ago. The link doesn't say much more than that the appeals court denied the delay.
They get all the mod points. What's funhy is the fucktards at slashdot get all upset when the government abuses them thru DCMA but they love the government when it abuses their arch enemy.
Slashdot is obsessed with MS, although they will deny it, they seem to post a story every time MS makes a move. And there will always be hundreds of comments in an MS story, regardless of importance.

Awwww. There there. Do you want a cookie?
If these crooks decide to break Microsoft up, I encourage Gates to totally dismantle his company and just disapear. Sure, the world would be okay for a while as everyone would freely burn Windows 2000 and Office 2002 CD's, but five years from now we'd all still be running Win2k. And ten years from now it would be the same thing.
Think of all the advances that are going to occur in the next ten years?? Now imagine that your OS doesn't support them because development has stopped.
Okay, let's say some OS comes up and replaces Windows totally by 2003. Then everyone will have to pay the cost for retraining and buying new office software. Billions of dollars in losses.
I fucking encourage Gates to do this or maybe move to some other country where he won't be harassed by you idiots. PLAYER HATERS, that's what you are, you people make me FUCKING SICK. Get off your asses and build your own software company instead of hating Gates for being successful. Once again, FUCK YOU.

Ha! Taco can't spell.
It's confusing at best and vindictive at worst.
I really don't see how users or competitors would benefit from this.
Splitting up Microsoft, all in all, is just a bizarre way of applying century-old law to this problem.
I don't pretend to know what the best solution is, but this isn't it.

Do Unto Others As You Would Have Others Do Unto You - ONLY HARDER!
Not likely to happen, as most people are heterosexual.
Those who would give up liberty in exchange for security and DRM should switch to Microsoft Palladium!
