Shirky On P2P
There's an interview with Clay Shirky over at O'Reilly's OpenP2P network regarding P2P. Some of the piece is wordy ruminations over what peer to peer (and dear lord do I hate that term) is, and where it's going - but the most interesting part, IMHO, is the talking about web services and the changing definition of "client" and "server".
I dunno about beautiful... a little deformed, for sure!
"I thought I had an Appetite for Destruction, when all I really wanted was a club sandwich."
what are you smoking?
I am unimpressed. What you need to do is somehow include a goatse.cx link in that image, and cleverly incorporate the [goatse.cx] bit that slashcode inserts now into the penis itself.
And JESUS HAROLD CHRIST it's DIFFICULT to get those fawkers to stop sending you the magazine (InfoWorld). I think I've thrown away about 10 "last chance" renewal requests in the last 2 months.
ENOUGH!!!!!!
a beowulf cluster of Shirkies?
Thank you.
fuck you all. you all
SUCK!
"shop smart:shop s-mart" ash
I found the ascii version of goatse, from a nameless but fanatical counter-culture.
A HREF=http://cakerx.tripod.com/goatse.txt DON'T ASK ME TO POST IT AGAIN
Damn you. I was asking an honest question. I don't see why he should knock the term!
And slackersguild.com is another slash site I write for. Maybe if you took the time to click the link you'd see that.
Perhaps I'm stooping to your level for even repsonding to your tripe.
No. We are now facing the world changing transition from beer to beer to peer to peer (probably via pee to pee).
Did somebody say ass-key?
