Blanche writes: "infoSync has got a photo and confirmed specifications for the new HP Jornada 560 series of handhelds, which will be the first PDA to be delivered with Pocket PC 2002 OS - also known as Merlin. On top of this; the savvy gadget are also rumored to be provided with speech-recognition technology."

    Oh okay... So I'll be the first to start this round of M$ bashing. Okay: Let's start with the fact that "Pocket PC 2002 OS" is a Microsoft Product. A device that has a M$ OS as its official firmware is also a device whose hardware will most likely remain closed to 3rd party developers. I don't have to tell you it's crappy as I'm sure most of you who've used WinCE 3.0 based devices will already know.
