Sklyarov Indicted

Nutcase was the first to write with news from the AP that "Dmitry Sklyarov, 27 and ElComSoft Co. Ltd. of Moscow were charged with five counts of copyright violations for writing a program that lets users of Adobe Systems' eBook Reader get around copyright protections imposed by electronic-book publishers."     Only duly appointed officers of a government organization should be allowed to carry and use firearms at their own discretion.

    Criminal history is replete of examples of maniacs shooting up countless harmless individuals. Need I mention Columbine Highschool or Dunblain (sp)?

    In most countries in Europe, ownership of lethal weapons (not only firearms) is strictly forbidden and the crimerates there are lower per year than in one weekend in an average US city.

    Australia and Britain banned firearms in recent years and violent crimerates dropped steadily.

    Also firearms and other lethal weapons in the hands of the crowds are a terrible burden on oppressed and discriminated minorities as there have been countless riots and pogroms that have resulted in hundreds of thousands of innocent people being murdered for their race.

    Only by limiting these lethal weapons to striclty government use (and of course to the few harderned criminals who won't comply with firearms legislations as they don't heed other legislations) we can save 1000s of lives per year.
