South Carolina's On-Again, Off-Again Filtering

Now they're having to remove filters from some of their computers because the law says that every library system must offer unfiltered access on up to 10% or at least one of their computers. "

    This is great! In what other country than america do you have the law forceing public instiutions to provide perverts and underaged children with objectionable/illegal images!
