Chief Lizard Wrangler axed

Kalak writes: "MozillaQuest is reporting that Mitchell Baker was laid off by Netscape back on August 23. True to form, there are also discussions on this on bug #96747." She spoke at OSCON and I was pretty impressed. She seemed legitimately committed to the mozilla project being a successful open source project. Not sure how this bodes for Moz itself, but it sure is unfortunate.

    When will people notice that the fucking mag-which-must-not-be-named is not a serious and reliable source of information and stop linking to it?

    Sure Mitchell has been laid off and it is a pity. Well, so report it on slashdot if you want to, that is fine.

    But mitchell herself talked to one of the slashdot authors during linux world, pledging you not to link to that magazine.

    Quoting a bug in bugzilla which has been mentioned in this dubious MozillaQuest as evidence is a sign of poor journalism. Hey, *everybody* can enter *anything* into bugzilla, so if I want to get some spectacluar news in here, I'll just have to file a bug in there?

    Gosh, I just had to vent a bit. that so called magazine is driving me crazy.

    This is not your typical Mozilla bug. It can not be found in any single release, yet when mass numbers of Mozilla users all go to Bugzilla server simotaniously, the bugzilla server seems to take a shit!
