How do I submit stories to Slashdot?

Why in the world are you bitching about being modded down? As though that were the real point of this website. If you've got something to say, just say it and stop complaining about how the mods are being unfair and will mod you down.
As it stands, saying "I know this will get modded down" just sounds like a cheap karma-whoring trick to get modded up.
Side-note: Looking at the latest trolls that have been posted here, suggesting that there have been filters implemented on /. , I personally do get the idea that there's more going on behind the scenes than just some technical problems.
If so, I don't think it would be a very good idea to publicise this, forseeing what kind of reactions that would cause.
But again, this is pure speculation from my side.

It would be cool if there was some kind of persistent meta-article where slashdot in generel could be discussed, stuff like this.
It should then have some kind of auto-expirery system. (perhaps subtract one mod point every 3 days, remove posts with negative scores as a result.)
