New ICANN TLDs Are Live
BenBenBen writes "According to this story on the BBC, several of the new ICANN top level domains now have sites available. Examples are visa.info and afilias.info. " I'm still waiting to get my 'dot' TLD. The article doesn't say much new except it tells us a few biz and info sites that you can use if you just wanna see a new TLD working. I gotta say, it's pretty surreal.
Does this mean their spam will stop?
...
NAH, it'll probably mean more spam from VeriSign.

Random useless dripple to appease the lameness filter.
How much for just sex without the domain ?
Eh.. I saw this post on the "VIM 6.0 Is Out" bored, and it kinda irked me there. It's not spelled "Koran" (assuming you're trying to refer to the Muslim scripture). It's "Qur'an".
;).
I guess I'll have to be grammar_nazi for now

The real thing. Accept no substitute!
It might be "Qur'an" in Arabic (or wherever it was borrowed from) but as an English word (loanword) it is "Koran". So the troll was right and you are wrong, if you're speaking about the english language. And I'm pretty sure that's what he was typing in.
YHBT?
It gives spammers another thing to spam about as well.

Why don't you get a life, If all you can do is sit around, and watch the national news network's coverage of NYC, then you, out of the gene pool. It is time to move on, no time to be our hollow selfs and watch tv till our eyes fall out of their sockets.
You have posted the same crap again and again for 3 weeks. Not only it is a bad troll, if you are still so concerned about it, just don't read /., but leave the rest of the people alone.
Sincerely, Mike Bouma
If you know I've posted the same troll for the past 3 weeks, would it not occur to you that I might *NOT* be so concerned about it, and am simply enjoying the repeated reactions my troll results in?
Man, you are fucking dense. YOU, OUT OF THE GENE POOL!
Man, where is a good troll like Spanish Inquisition when you need it? What happened to King Africa?
Sincerely, Mike Bouma
Amen, brother. The worst part is that the U.S. is acting like a good-for-nothing slashdot trollbuster -- covering up the troll with blind rage and useless half-measures. Wake up, Americans -- you've been 0wned.
The real thing. Accept no substitute!
microsoft.sex. Oh, wait..
"On 16 August 2001 the W3C made public a proposal to substantially change their patent policy framework. Amongst the changes is support for a new licensing model (called RAND) that legitimises the W3C's role in developing and promoting standards that could require the payment of royalties."
Today, September 30, is the last day for submitting a comment. You can read more about this at Linux Today.

Have you considered using the Open Content License instead of hacking up Yet Another License (YAL)? Might be more along the lines of what you need...
Hit me, ToLu, one more time. Because I'm not that innocent.
is the parent post REALLY flaimbait? or a poor attempt at humor? Because a moderator has no sense of humor someone should be labeled flaimbait?
