I have a laptop with a 802.11 card in it and it has worked fine for a year now. The other day I tried to install a new Bluetooth card in there as well and it kept saying IRQ conflict after that. I couldn't even boot my laptop sometimes, it was so bad.

Trust me, the conflict is real.

  Just because you don't know how to install hardware in you laptop doesn't mean that there is some great conflict between these technologies. It just means that you don't have any free resources or you need to adjust some settings.
