Halloween Document Revisited

In the memo there is a pretty graph of the differnt flavors of "Open Source". They list "BSD-Style". The interesting there is that the "All Derivatives Must Be Free" column is not checked.
M$'s TCP/IP stack is directly from BSD.
Windows isn't "free".
