What Ever Happened to Microsoft's Solo2 Chip?

Did it end up in UltimateTV, Xbox, or did it take the route of Microsoft Bob?" I've honestly never heard of such a thing. Anyone have a clue as to whether the Solo2 has become the latest in Microsoft's line of vapourware?
