Mars Odyssey Detects Signs of Water

TheSync writes: "The BBC reports in an article that the Mars Odyssey spacecraft has detected large deposits of hydrogen at high latitudes using its neutron spectrometer. This may indicate significant water ice on the surface of Mars!"

    That is what we call a Troll. You just have to learn to ignore the rants of people who bitch about how broke The System (Slashdot) is, but never actually do anything about it, and actually only make it worse with their constaint whining. Particularly if it's within the first 50 or so comments, because they you know those people have nothing better to do all day than read Slashdot and hope someone will talk to them.

    Btw, it's "bias" - BIOS is what's on your motherboard.

    Significant water-ice deposits easily accessible from the surface would make it much more likely that life existed at some stage on Mars.
