Linux PDA Part Deux
PolarCow writes: "Everyone's favorite Linux powered PDA retailer is back. Empower Technologies/LinuxDA are releasing a new variant of Linux-powered PDA. The new one is called the PowerPlay V. Its hardware is comparable to that of the Palm Vx. Thin, rechargable and with an enhanced display. I'm salivating already."
Why do people bother with linux on PDA's? Its always slow, flakey, and has a lack of apps. Great you can run X apps?? Big deal how about small apps that were meant for PDA's? Palm and Pocket PC are much better choices and will still be supported unlike the rash of half-ass linux PDA's that seem to come and go.
