Its hardware is comparable to that of the Palm Vx. Thin, rechargable and with an enhanced display. I'm salivating already."

    I recall these guys, they have and still are violating the GPL. I can't legally say how, but some people should definatly look into this or do something about it!

    I mean, I can understand if they chose the 'less restrictive', well, i should say '100% not restrictive' BSD license but they chose GPL and are now violating lots of it. Makes me sick to be honest.
