    My girlfriend and I have been dating for almost three years. Unfortunately, she has packed on about 30 extra pounds. She now weighs more than me. She's got a saggy bootie, flabby neck and arms, and her belly looks like she's a pillow under there. What can I do? I try to set a good example by exercising. She tries half-heartedly, but not really enough to really help.
