Putting An Observatory On The Moon's 'Dark' Side

They should have build a base on the moon with such an obervatory instead of burning all their money on the idiotic Internation Space Station.

I have heard the people who were for the ISS that it is not even very useful but rather just for show to justify the spending of the taxpayer's money of NASA and other space companies.
