Pinball Wizards on the Internet
cecil36 writes "Pinball wizards are now turning to the Internet for their needed support. With WMS Industries (Williams/Bally) no longer in existence,
owners of Williams/Bally pinball games are turning to online communities (such as the news group rec.games.pinball) to find sources for parts to maintain their games. It could use a little more detail, as the article failed to mention Stern Pinball. Lots of useful links contained within if you are looking for those few parts to fix your games." I need to order new
Rubber for my Jack Bot sometime too.

And yet, somehow, this is news.
RedHat/7.2 is a fucking piece of shit! First, something in the kernel explodes which causes all the man pages to segfault! groff: troff: Segmentation fault each time I try to bring up a manpage! Oh, what a wonderful OS! Definitely better than Windows!! Then, it crashes when I try to upgrade the groff RPMs! First, it keeps hanging when I try to download the fucking files! Then, as "rpm" is running, the fucking process gets stuck in uninterruptable-sleep status, which means I can't even kill -9 the fucking thing! What a flaming piece of shit!
But, wait! Did I tell you all of this is happeneing after a 10-day ordeal just trying to just get it (and previously 7.1) to install? If it's not the floppies just plain not working, it's the network card module not loading! Or FTP download errors. Or ftp.redhat.com crawling along at one fucking byte per second! Oh, what a wonderfully stable and well-designed OS! One time when it actually did install, it ran for about 20 minutes then completely corrupted the filesystem! Even fscking fsck couldn't fix it! Linux -- definitely ready for the desktop! Can you imagine your grandmother trying to figure out what the installer meant when it vomited out Error -2147483630 reading header: cpio: failed - Success !?!?
RedHat/7.2: Why, a perfect acquisition for AOL! What a flaming, fucking heap of monkey shit! What a totally ass-fucking useless, stinking, festering pile of oozing, rotting monkey shit!!
