AOL Time Warner Files Anti-Trust Suit against MS
ChazeFroy writes "This article at the Washington Post says that AOL Time Warner has filed a suit against Microsoft seeking damages from anti-competitive practices over the Netscape browser."
Can't say I'm surprised.
One proposal is "to sell a stripped-down version of its Windows operating system so computer manufacturers could choose which Internet browser to offer."
How many average Joe's can/will download a browser, let alone know where to find one? How about email clients?
