Yahoo! Launches Pay-Per-Search

I would guess that this is the beginning of sites phasing out content from their free searche sites that companies have paid a fee have be listed on search engines. It's the only way that sites such as Yahoo will be able to sell their "premiere" account fees to companies.
Web hosting? If you're just putting up photos of your dog there are free hosting sites.
That depends on what your dog is doing in those pictures. I'm sure certain things would violate the TOSes of certain providers. =]
