Judge Grants MS's No-Press Request

jeffy124 writes: "We already know that Microsoft has requested to bar the media from proceedings in the anti-trust suit. Judge Kollar-Kotelly has granted that request. A 1913 law permitted public access to anti-trust proceedings, but only if the federal government were involved. Because the case no longer includes the feds, that law no longer applies, so MS has successfully closed the doors to the press and public." From a company that is first and only marketing, should we not expect this?

The antitrust laws were made to protect consumers, but it seems consumers aren't getting to see how the antitrust laws are working for them. Just doesn't seem right to me, but I'm no lawyer (just a consumer).

    I went ahead
    and crashed my Windows
    That's not too bad
but this one thing does it not do
    It won't boot anymore

    Seems like it's time
    to reinstall it
    Not that I'd mind
if then once more its work it'd do
    But it won't boot anymore

Wouldn't it be good if I could get myself a Macintosh
    Say goodbye ninety-five
    Well so much for pretending
    Cause this crap's neverending
    And I know that

    I'm buying updates
    but I can't help it
    With each thing new
    another's failing and now
    It won't boot anymore

    Well
    Got an Atari
    It makes no problems
    It's running fine
not like this piece of shit of mine
    Which won't boot anymore

Wouldn't it be good if I could get myself a Be OS
    Say goodbye ninety-five
    Well so much for pretending
    Cause this crap's neverending
    It's neverending...

    Well
    It could be worse
    I could have data losses
    But still it hurts
when I want to do something but now
    It won't boot anymore

Wouldn't it be nice if I could sing myself a Rhapsody,
    "Goodbye Ninety-Five"
    Well so much for pretending
    Cause this crap's neverending
And all this time I'll be standing
Thinking the next release is going to fix this bug and mend it

    It won't boot anymore...

"the guy who purjured himself, obstructed justice, and disgraced the Presidency".

Yes he did kinda. When asked in court did you ever skick your cock insie the pussy of this girl he had the nerve the lie!. And then the republicans who were obsessed with his cock and the whereabouts of his cock at all times kept pressing the issue. They held hearings about when and where Bill Clintons cock did what. Ann Coulter (a very influential republican) talked about the size and shape of Bill Clintons cock on television.

What I always wondered was why were the republicans so obsessed with his cock in the first place. I mean why do you care who he fucked, when, where and such. If I remember correctly before they asked him weather he stuck his cock inside Monica there was a long discussion about wethere it counted if his cock went into her mouth or if the pussy was more important.

Maybe you can answer that question for me. Why do you care so much about Bill Clinton's cock?
