Feds to Publish Public Comments on MS Settlement
Silas writes: "This AP Article notes that the government is going to be releasing the comments submitted by the public on the Microsoft anti-trust case. Highlight: 'Overall, the department said it received about 7,500 comments from people in favor of the settlement reached by the federal government and nine states, while 15,000 opposed it. Another 7,000 comments were dismissed as opinion, like "I hate Microsoft."' Apparently they have to publish and respond to each one." CNN is carrying the AP wire story as well.
Are you kidding me? I've been trying to get my computer to print for over a week. Stupid lpr.
Well we know how many of those were from hate groups like slashdot! You guys were advertising a mud slinging campaign of form letters here for a couple of weeks!
This has probably already been said, but I didn't bother to read all 200 comments.
With a conservative administration like the one that is currently ruining, er, rather, running our country, a huge behemoth company isn't exactly the biggest enemy. Republicans and their constituents are traditionally pro-big business and consequently pro-war (war stimulates the economy which in turn helps business and perhaps allows for higher salaries so Republicans can do their tax cuttin since they're against any and all social programs).

The angry Linux zealots were too busy trying to figure out why they couldn't install their word processing program because some library or another was apparently the wrong version. The Windows 95 users may have been screwed, but the 2000/XP users were happily able to write letters.
Grab the next motherfucker marmaduke who refuses to submit to these pelvic ostentations.
I've stumbled upon a brain fart which melts away your molds!
