Star Wars: Galaxies Preview
LukeG writes "Ferrago.co.uk has just gone live with a brand new preview of Lucas Arts' upcoming MMORPG, Star Wars: Galaxies. This game represents what could turn out to be the most popular online universe ever-created, especially if Everquest creators Verant can deliver the goods as fans hope. "
That's horrible news. Why don't they cancel King of the Hill or some other crap.
FORST PIST!
I wonder if the reviewers were actually real people this time!?
"Peace, Love and Apathy"
Jar-Jars! Just bouncing around aimlessly on their home planet.
Who wouldn't help Vader build the Death Star to nuke the shit out of that planet?
That is the reason why this will be the most successful game ever.
Worst Internet Sex Ever!
I imagine they will have a well-marked Jar-Jar spawn site, with campers lined up for miles and GMs patrolling to make sure each player goes to the end of the line after taking their turn.
Bite the hand.
yeh
.
Thanks
Whoa, really?
Mrs. C. sits on it? Go Tom Bosley!
I got up to -4 karma today, trying to get back down to my comfy -7. Ahhh, -7, where you're untouchable.

High Times has confirmed: Linux sucks.
Yet another crippling bombshell hit the beleaguered linux community when recently HighTimes confirmed that linux accounts for less than a fraction of 1 percent of all servers. Coming on the heels of the latest HighTimes survey which plainly states that linux has lost more market share, this news serves to reinforce what we've known all along. linux is collapsing in complete disarray, as further exemplified by failing dead last [marijuana.org] in the recent Sys Admin comprehensive networking test.
LInux is the most endangered of them all, having lost 93% of its core developers.
Due to the troubles of redhat/mandrake, abysmal sales and so on, FreeBSD went out of business and was taken over by BSDI who sell another troubled OS. Now BSDI is also dead, its corpse turned over to yet another charnel house.
All major surveys show that *BSD has steadily declined in market share. *BSD is very sick and its long term survival prospects are very dim. If *BSD is to survive at all it will be among OS hobbyist dabblers. *BSD continues to decay. Nothing short of a miracle could save it at this point in time. For all practical purposes, linux is dead.
Fact: Linux is for homosexuals,
and slashdot is for sickos
