Domain Name Dispute Process Called Into Question
Chemist109 writes "The Register has an article about a study of the domain name dispute resolution process. The study accuses domain arbitrators of "actively choosing judges who favoured complainants (trademark holders)." Since the complainant in a domain dispute is allowed to choose where a case is heard, this ensures the arbitrators continued revenue."

You're still playing little penis games with the trolls, eh? Maybe you should spend some time fixing the slashcode so it doesn't clear the comment dialogue box.
Fucking loser. Here's hoping you're not even allowed to get an AOL, MSN, or Disney account when the net balkanizes. You can use fucking Amateur radio to get your email, or neo-UUCP.

I just heard some sad news on talk radio - Horror/Sci Fi writer Stephen King was found dead in his Maine home this morning. There weren't any more details. I'm sure everyone in the Slashdot community will miss him - even if you didn't enjoy his work, there's no denying his contributions to popular culture. Truly an American icon.
Why is this modded "troll"? It's (apparently) a true story and it has exactly one reply.
We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
