I checked this out a while earlier. It's nothing but an advertising pitch.
Try filling out the registration form; the whole thing is survey to gauge your knowledge of industry buzzwords ("Rate your ability at using Oracle databases from 1-5"). They really care nothing about your *skill* as a programmer.
I thought the point of this thing was to help differentiate among programmers, where the traditional means (of comparing buzzword-lists on resumes) was insufficient. This is just more of the same, but on a web site instead.
Hooray, we have another way for companies to pull our resumes off of the internet...
They do not honor their claims. Complete scam.
