We all know the DMCA is bad, but this seems to be a particularly good example of where its broad nature is curbing reasonable web uses."

    Who cares if the I-Man is dead. If so, pump him full of formaldehyde, prop him up in his chair with his cowboy hat and sunglesses for MSNBC broadcasts. Then play tapes of his old shows. Sure, I'd pay to watch I-man on TV, even if he were dead.
