Fair Use is Not a Constitutional Right

He goes into some depth on the difference between a constitutional right vs. a legal right as well as covers the Betamax, Napster and Rio cases. It's a well thought out article and definitely worth the read."

      Yes, I know. Though I can't find a way out of the conumdrum : I can't fix my .sig since then the whole point would be lost. I guess I can change it to "Look! I sometimes post no fp and trolls!" but that's too much trouble.

      no no he spelled it JUST fine if they are from the south. As in "Jimmy an June wendt over derr."

      I can not stand people who correct others on their spelling. It shows they are more impressed by form rather than function...

      Also apparently you both saw somewhere in those messages 'Please spell check this'. While I on the other hand saw that nowhere...
