Seeking Arguments Against the CBDTPA?

ccfpark writes "I am going to Washington D.C. next week to talk to my senator (Bill Nelson of FL) and his technology advisor, Reg Lichty, about the CBDTPA. I am personally against this bill as it has the possibility of labeling me as a criminal for my participation in Open Sorce projects such as Handhelds.Org and Tuxscreen, where we endeavor replace proprietary operating systems on consumer electronics with Linux. If this bill is passed it may lead to outlawing these types of activities because it could circumvent software copy protection in these products. What I need are some good resources for formulating a business and political argument against this bill, so that I can speak to these politicians on their level."

    I had salad for lunch and dinner yesterday. Lots of leafy greens. This mornings turd was an unusual shape; it was kinda flat. I have no clue as to what that means. It was also an olive green color with little bits of black. The black bits were black olives that didn't digest quite right. It did have the dirt smell to it, but there was a bit more 'funk' to it. The poo was very soft and came out slowly, but easily. It flushed well and clean up was not a big problem. I rate this turd as an 8.

    This is awful news, Actress Carrie Fisher (Princess Leia in "Star Trek") was murdered at the age of 54 by Colombian narco-gorillas outside of her Hollywood home. She was truly an American icon and will be missed by us all. Our prayers go out to her family and to Matthew Broderick.
