It doesn't matter what they do, sooner or later someone will break it, it's just a matter of time. There is no ultimate "secure means", as there is no 100% secure system!

Ogg doesn't have a chance.
1) MP3 has been around way longer.
2) MP3 sounds 500000000000x cooler than OGG VORBIS.
