An Anonymous Coward writes: "Seems in Germany sniffing other peoples WaveLAN is no criminal offense. At least the authors of this Article from the German magazine 'Datenschutz und Datensicherheit' claim that even intercepting and decrypting WEP-encrypted traffic is perfectly legal. Wow."     ... or did slashdot forget to turn their clocks one hour ahead over the weekend? i'm on the east coast, and this story was just posted. the time here is about 10am. The story was posted at 8:59.

      check your prefs (if you're logged in). make sure you have EDT chosen as your TZ as opposed to EST. One's daylight time, the other standard time.
