P800guy writes "Psion Place has a review of the SonyEricsson P800 available in Q3, this looks to be the best PDA/phone combined in the world. Running Symbian OS v7.0, 208x320 color touchscreen, triple-band GSM compatible, Multimedia Messaging (MMS), Bluetooth, GPRS always-on internet connection, built-in digital camera, support for HTML, xHTML, Java, iMode, WAP, Word, Excel, PPT. Check out the pictures, open, closed. In the US it'll work on Voicestream, ATT Wireless, and Cingular just don't expect it to be offically supported from day 1 of release." Getting closer- now if it just had a few gigs of memory for MP3s ;)

    As you are, no doubt, aware, RecipeTroll LLC owns all of the rights to the troll named RecipeTroll, and is exclusive handler of ALL recipes posted on Slashdot ("/."). These rights are protected by numerous copyrights trademarks in both the trolls themselves and the recipes appearing in those trolls.

    We have recently learned that you have posted various elements of the the apple pie recipe at this post here: http://slashdot.org/comments.pl?sid=31809&cid= 3424403 .. Your posting of these items is an infringement of RecipeTrolls rights in the RecipeTroll LLC Properties.

    Based upon the foregoing, we hereby demand that your confirm to us in writing within ten days of receipt of this letter that: (i) you have removed all infringing materials from your postings, including the aforementioned APPLE PIE RECIPE; and (ii) you will refrain from posting any similar infringing material on the Internet or any other on-line service in the future.

    I ate the brown acid and i "rode the snake" for 2 days man. then i came up with this groovy idea to write code for free man. it's such a cool idea man. see i sleep on my friends couch and like i write software and just like give it away man. thats what the snake told me to do man. even though i sometimes have to sleep on the street covered by a tarp i still write free software man. peace
