LSU Law School Sues Student Over Website
hij writes: "The NY Times has an article that gives details about how the LSU Law School is suing one of its own students for a web site he maintains. The web site contains information about the Law School and also includes articles that are critical of the Law School."
The details which this summary lacks are rather discouraging. You don't mention whether or not the "controversial" website is hosted on LSU servers or on privately-funded bandwidth and hardware. I refuse to look at the article, because these are fundamental nuggets of information to get one interested. You have neglected to include said neccessary nuggets of info. If it is the case where the student was hosting the site on school property, more power to LSU. If his maintained site was off-school, then that was a bad call. Wake up slashdot: your reporting skills are laughable.
