DNSO Votes for Two ICANN Reform Measures

Jon Peterson writes "The DNSO General Assembly voted in favour of two key ICANN reform motions. This is a first victory on the long road to fixing ICANN, although it should be pointed out that ICANN is not bound by the outcome of this vote.
