Steffi Graf Wins Case Vs. Microsoft

scaramush writes: "The AP is reporting that Steffi Graf has won her lawsuit against Microsoft for hosting nude doctored photos of her. Although Microsoft had removed the images when they appeared in June, MS declined to sign a formal agreement that they would not appear again. This is the second loss for MS in this case. Scary precedent."

Who wants to see nude photos of Steffi Graf, anyway? Between this and the whole David Hasselhoff thing, I'd have to say that the Germans are weird as hell.

I guess it's a really scary precedent if you're intent on publishing libelous material online.

Do you believe that guns should be outlawed or at least regulated where you live (providing they aren't already)?

If so then my post won't mean squat.

However, if you don't believe that then just think that when the first guns were made their sole intentions were to kill. When a gun is manufactured today it's sole intention is to kill. There is no gray area. I may buy a gun for self defense but if I'm ever forced to use it you better believe that it will be to kill.

Therefore gun manufacturers are just as guilty for murders as Napster is for music piracy.

Yeah, but unlike Bill Gates, Steffi Graf lets you play the game Lesbian Or German Lady?
