Reuters and other news outlets have now picked up the story, two days after Slashdot.

    Thank you for your expletive-filled comment, you wretched coward.

    Consider me a n00b at /. At least I have the decency to admit that I'm new to the /. concept. You however, have been here for a number of years and yet the /. crowd hasn't had a positive impact on your rather-lacking social skills. In the past few weeks, the general /. crowd has been very insightful and helpful. And, I certainly know that I can't judge /. based on a couple of moronic idiots.

    So, I'll have to accept the fact that, in every community there has to be someone who is the Village Idiot.

    Ever heard of welcoming and easing n00bs to the community. Its pretty obvious you haven't!

    I don't have a problem with what you post, I have a problem with the fact that if your comment had been posted an hour after the story went up, it would still be at a score of 1. You know it, I know it, everybody knows it. It's a big problem with /. moderation, and it's something that needs to be addressed. I got so fed up with the mod system that I quit moderating and metamoderating long ago.
