    This is so, like 1984.

    It wouldn't surprise me if they use those structures to mold the psyche of the people by making them for physically isolated. There could be some sort of illicit activity going on there, like Open Source programming, since the Open Source developer community is known for doing questionable things.

    But that's just my opinion.
