Adding an LCD Status Screen to a PC

How about adding a liquid crystal display (LCD) that can show this type of information?" Seems pretty straight-forward ... " Yes, but can you make one as as pretty as this one?

    I went and read the article over at the ScreenSavers, but nowhere did it mention when and if that Morgan chick would slob my knob. Does anyone have this information, or a Morgan FAQ they can point me to?
