Interview with DMCA-challenger
BrianWCarver writes "The Chronicle of Higher Education has an interview with Ben Edelman, the Harvard law student and internet researcher who is bringing suit against the DMCA with the ACLU. Slashdot covered the announcement of this legal challenge. To refresh your memory, Edelman wants to be able to research the lists of sites blocked by internet filtering software, and to be able to publish his research. He's no lawyer yet, but he responds quite well to several objections to the case."

Divisional rivals Delmarva and Hickory face off tonight, Delmarava is the best team in the league with a .700 winning percentage. Hickory will place Chris Young on the mound (11-6), Delmarva's pitcher is TBA. The game will start at 7:05 tonight, at L.P. Frans Stadium. I'm Biff Trollington, have an excellent weekend.
He will be famous. Eh, he already is! He's on slashdot!!!
But, to a bigger audience for his deathwish.
Fart Smeller
Er... i mean Smart Feller
But he's also a FIRST YEAR STUDENT in law school! who in their right mind let's a first year law student take a case like this?!? My take on it: he will Fsck it up, and the judge, guided by his poor actions in court, will make the DMCA tougher on the average Joe Hacker. Thanks jack4$$!
