Russian Agency Charges FBI Agent With Hacking
eNonymous Coward writes "An FBI agent who helped lure two Russian 'hackers' to the USA in 2000 so that they could be arrested is now being charged with hacking himself by the Russian FSB. You might remember that Gorshkov and Ivanov exploited an NT vulnerability to steal information from corporate networks, which was then used to extort money from the companies; they're also accused of being behind the CDUniverse and Western Union credit card database thefts. Last year a federal judge ruled that the FBI's action was legal, but the FSB disagrees."

Oh, you're talking about the International War Crimes Court. Now, see, there's a reason Bush is against it, and this is one of the few things I agree with the Dynast on.
You see, the War Crimes Court, in order to function as an actual impartial court, it has to be based on the following:
1) The Judges are not merely representatives of countries that harbor a severe hatred of the US. (France, for example)
2) That one single countries soldiers will not be singled out for the crime committed by a coalition force.
3) And that there is a fair and just appeals process.
However, the problem many people see is that the War Crimes Court is that the proponents who get that little gleam in their eyes when it's mentioned are the same people who jizz their pants when you mention the abolishment of national sovereignty and the creation of a One World government.
I have a problem believing that the One Worlders and their friends will be 100% sincere in their application of the War Crimes Courts.
As well, what stops the UN from levelling it against a single nations armed forces for not agreeing with them in policies? The UN has shown its disregard for individual rights as it is (they see private ownership as a crime against humanity and the people who sit there are appointed, not elected), and I think they are an embarrassing international body.
The only people who think it's an issue of the US wanting to be exempt from laws seem to not understand how dishonestly this Court can be used as a Political tool for interests who want to kill and jail Americans for simply being Americans.

To declare war on Iraq would be the most stupid thing to do. Because :
1/ This would push Iraq to use its nuclear weapons, they don't have a good enough reason yet, don't give them one.
2/ What do you want to attain by that ? Replace Saddam ? with another one like him ? The USA has placed Saddam there USA LEADERS ARE HYPOCRITS THAT ENDANGER THE WHOLE OF THE PLANET
Yes, I'm left. You have a problem with that?
English, MOTHERFUCKER! Do YOU speak it?
Not long ago, in Moscow a 7 year old girl was physically abducted from his mother's house and a few weeks later was found in US territory with her father. Interesting to note that US judges seem concerned not about the abduction but who should be the tutor of the child...
Considering how the Cuban boy was treated can you really expect the US to do much about abducted children?
