Teknogeek writes "Player2Player has just posted an interesting article concerning the massive amounts of platinum being sold on sites like PlayerAuctions, and how it might have been obtained. Quite an interesting read, to be sure!" This is in Everquest, BTW.

    And recompiling your kernel with the driver for your new hardware. And for dropping into single-user mode to resolve the driver conflict with your piece of shit $19 Ethernet card. And for recovering from the panic caused by the driver for your new hardware. And for patching your kernel because the driver for your new hardware had a bug. And for recovering from the panic caused by the buggy VM system in your new kernel. And for upgrading your kernel again to get around the VM problems. And, finally, for removing the fucking new hardware because it wasn't worth all the fucking trouble, and where's my boot disk, anyway?
