They don't have much choice, it's running Windows! Even with this it's probably going to be slow as hell.
Nice speil Einstein, but while you were attempting to demonstrate your cleverness (Without actually answering the question), you forgot about WinCE, which certainly does run on pure RISC CPU's.
The only reason they aren't fully RISC for real is because Microsoft wouldn't allow it.
