I don't think George needs to know it to the hudredth of a mph:-) All of your questions above can pretty much be assumed close enough. The height is about the height of a 6ft guy, standing on his toes, with his arm stretched up and hitting a serve - probably about 10ft, I'm guessing but it's easy to measure. The angle at which it is hit is pretty close to a straight line
from 10ft up in the air to the service line on the grnd 60ft away - a bit less to allow for gravity. The air pressure - make an assumption - sea level or something.
