Open the Iris: Stargate SG1 Confirms Season 7

Nefrayu writes "After false rumors having been posted on the /. forum lately about the 7th season of SG-1, Gateworld.net and the SciFi Channel have now confirmed that the show will be carried on SciFi through the 7th season. Along with this announcement is the "surprise" that Dr. Daniel Jackson (portrayed by Michael Shanks) will be returning full time for the said 7th season.     People watch sg-1 only because it's on every goddamned day. They say the ratings are up, well no shit the ratings are up. And they've cancelled farscape? The ratings for farscape are down because it's shown only on Friday night's at 10:00 when everyone is either asleep or out getting they're "drink on". I wish I had a billion dollars to buy out the sci/fi channel and fire these people.
