I have never seen the Flamebait or Overrated moderations used appropriately, Redundant is a waste of a moderation, and half the time Troll is used incorrectly. In metamod, I'll typically mod any downmod as unfair unless there was a really good reason for that mod.

In general, flamebait is actually supposed to garner flames! And redundant is never, ever used correctly. Troll is generally used in a fit of moderator jealousy.
I honestly can't understand how people can be so completely ignorant when it comes to spelling simple words and remembering easy punctuation rules. It's been a few years since I graduated from high school; perhaps schools are now teaching kids to just randomly insert apostrophes (sorry, I mean apostrophe's) wherever they seem appropriate.
